Laurie G. Baise, Eric Calais, Christine A. Goulet, and Andy Michael have been elected to serve on the Seismological Society of America’s Board of Directors.
Baise, of Tufts University’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and Calais, of École Normale Supérieure’s Department of Geosciences, were re‐elected to serve.
Goulet, a researcher at the Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center and secretary of the Eastern Section of SSA, and Michael, a U.S. Geological Survey scientist at Menlo Park and former editor of the Bulletin of the Seismological Society of America, are newly elected.
