Brigham Young University (BYU), in partnership with the University of Southern California (USC) and the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB), has selected Kinemetrics, Inc. as the provider for its real-time, network-aware broadband and ultralow-power data acquisition needs for the George E. Brown, Jr. Network for Earthquake Engineering Simulation (NEES) program.

BYU/USC/UCSB is one of fifteen equipment sites in the National Science Foundation's $87 million Major Research Equipment (MRE) NEES program.
