Azerbaijan's Republic Center of Seismic Survey (ARCSS) has selected Kinemetrics, Inc. to design an open-architecture system that will provide a state-of-the-art solution for its National Seismic Network (NSN) and Seismic Information System (SIS). The Kinemetrics solution will serve as Azerbaijan's mission-critical earthquake emergency-response system.
