The National Central University operates 16 experimental stations in the northern part of the Central Mountain ranges in Taiwan. There are only a few roads, and access is difficult in general. We installed these stations for teaching and research purposes.

The instruments deployed are 6-channel K-2 accelerographs, half of them on loan from the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) and the other half from the University.
