In our recent article (Ugalde et al., 2014), we applied the passive image interferometry technique of Sens‐Schönfelder and Wegler (2006) to monitor seismic velocity changes in Paradox Valley (southwestern Colorado). For this purpose, we computed the autocorrelation functions (ACFs) of band‐pass‐filtered ambient seismic noise recordings and estimated the relative perturbations of the background seismic velocity using the stretching technique (Sens‐Schönfelder and Wegler, 2006) and the moving window cross‐spectral analysis (Poupinet et al., 1984).
