The cover photo shows craters on Mars catching the morning light. Gale Crater crater features prominently (if you don’t recognize it, think back to Sesame Street “one of these things is not like the others” to help in your identification). Although papers in SRL are largely focused on earthquakes, extraterrestrial seismology occasionally makes an appearance. Among the many articles in this issue is an article by Durán et al., who use seismic data from the Mars InSight mission to search for background free oscillations.
