Abstract
The paleovolcanic complex of the Albere area occurs entirely within the Canaveilles series (Cambrian) and apparently has been overturned. Observations on exposures of the complex along the route between Mas Claret and the Branca col made during the eastern Pyrenees field trip of the Societe Geologique de France are reported.
