Abstract
A survey of the madrepore Diploctenium, including descriptions of 15 new species, based on material from the upper Cretaceous of France. Members of this genus, which existed from the Turonian to the middle Maestrichtian, were widely distributed in the upper Cretaceous of the Mediterranean region. Several species are of great stratigraphic importance.
