Abstract

Concludes that the eurite intercalated between Hercynian gneisses and the mica schists and Permian sandstones along the northwest border of the Serre massif, Jura region, France, is a sedimentary rock composed of material derived from contemporary Permian rhyolites and from pre-existing metamorphic rocks.
