Abstract

Lava flows are intruded by several types of igneous rocks, generally dikes. Sulfides occur as replacements of interpillow material by residual solutions emanating from crystallizing granodiorite magma. The geochemical investigations were inconclusive. The geophysical surveys bear a close relationship to the sulfide bodies and would be useful in outlining both larger prospective areas and smaller targets where drilling is warranted.
