Abstract
"The Cobar gold and copper deposits are localized in shears situated en echelon along a 'discordant contact,' between rock formations of unequal competence. This paper is a study of the fracture pattern, folding and faulting, local and regional, which leads to an understanding of the sequence of tectonic events that brought about the structure system controlling the emplacement of ore."
