This Special Issue is dedicated to the memory of Anthony (Tony) J. Naldrett. Tony was one of the world’s best-known geologists through his research on the origins of many of the world’s major magmatic Ni-Cu-platinum group element (PGE) deposits. His work ranged from thermodynamically rigorous laboratory experiments to exhaustive field and petrologic study.
