Abstract
An increasing part of the value and appeal of geophysics comes from its ability to provide information on a range of subsurface processes. This information results from the collection, processing, and analysis of time-lapse geophysical data sets. Time-lapse studies are enabled by novel geophysical hardware specifically developed for monitoring and by processing workflows and inversion codes developed to deal with the substantial data volumes produced by semi-continuous data collection.
