The purpose of this paper is to describe the primitive cephalopods occurring in the upper Cambrian Siyangshan Formation of Zhejiang. Six species belonging to four genera are recognized. Among them one new genus, Zhuibianoceras, supposedly an ancestral form of the Oncocerida, is proposed. A short disucssion of their stratigraphic significiance is presented.
