Nannoceratopsis spiculata n.sp. is described from the middle Jurassic (Bajocian-Bathonian) oolite formation of buff to yellowish gray, argillaceous, micritic-skeletal limestones. The new species shows morphological features intermediate between those of N. gracilis and N. pellucida from the middle Jurassic of Calvados, France. N. gracilis ranges from middle to lower Jurassic, N. pellucida from middle to upper Jurassic, and N. spiculata in the middle Jurassic.
