The mineral forms blue-green crusts and spherical granular aggregates, up to ~1 mm across, wherein individual crystals are <0.1 mm. Electron microprobe analysis gave VO2 33.93, SO3 30.78, H2O (calc.) 35.52, sum 100.23 wt%, corresponding to V1.044+S0.98O5(H2O)5, ideally VO(SO4)(H2O)5....
