Abstract
There is exposed on the west side of the SonomaRange, south of Win-nemucca, Nevada, a series of folded and faulted sedimentary rocks of Triassic age.The general geology of the area has been studiedfor several summers by members of the Stanford University field course in geology, and a preliminaryreport dealing with the structure and stratigraphyis now in preparation.
