Abstract
The origin of the zinc deposits at Franklin and Sterling Hill, New Jersey, is a question of great interest to the student of mineralogy and ore deposits. Several excellent summaries of the geology, with its numerous problems of structure, petrology, and metamorphism, and of the mineralogy and paragenesis of the ores have appeared in recent years.1
