There are many books entitled “...Geochemistry...” I can count half a dozen on my shelf, dating back to Krauskopf's (1967) Introduction to Geochemistry, which I read as an undergraduate. Any book with “... An Introduction...” in the title would be considered as a potential textbook for undergraduate students. In this respect, there is a lot of competition.
