Abstract

A study of spores and pollen in nonmarine sediments of Cretaceous age from Maryland and Delaware indicates that these deposits range from Lower Cretaceous to lowermost Upper Cretaceous. Twenty-two species of spores and pollen are described, 11 of which are new.
