Amanda Ashworth received a B.A. and M.S. from the University of Arkansas (2008 and 2010, respectively) and a Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee in 2015. She is a soil scientist at the USDA-Agricultural Research Service (ARS)'s Poultry Production and Product Safety Unit in Fayetteville, AR.
