It is a sign of the times that Interpretation will be recommending a Best Paper Award for the new journal. Since its initial issue in August 2013, the journal has published 46 papers which are potential candidates for an outstanding paper award. The August and November issues contain more than 600 pages of high-quality, well-illustrated, and interesting topics about interpretation. Authors deserve recognition for their exceptional work published in the new journal, and in return, the journal gains a reputation for significant contributions to the science of exploration geology and geophysics.
