The authors did their best to write a great paper to share with the readers. They think so, but is it really the case? Can this paper benefit from the experience and suggestions of peers? No one would know unless the paper is submitted to a peer-reviewed journal and, hopefully, looked at by qualified reviewers. However, finding those qualified reviewers is often a challenge.
