Abstract
The Society was called to order by President Bassler for its Twenty-fourth Annual Meeting at 2:10 p. m. The report of the Council was the first business in order.

The business of the Society which was carried on during the past year is covered by the reports of the Secretary and the Treasurer and those of the various committees. The Secretary’s and the Treasurer’s reports are presented herewith.
