Abstract
The Mineralogical Society of America held its eighth annual meeting at Case School of Applied Science and Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, in conjunction with the Geological Society of America. At 2 p. m. the meeting was called to order by President Austin F. Rogers in the Geology-Mineralogy Lecture-room of the Case Main Building. Many members of the Society of Economic Geologists were present as visitors.
On motion of the Secretary, the reading of the minutes of the last annual meeting was dispensed with, in view of the fact that they have been printed on pages 71–83 of volume 12, number 3, of the American Mineralogist.
