Abstract
The Cordilleran Section of the Geological Society of America held its twenty-sixth annual meeting at the Department of Geology, University of California at Los Angeles, California, on January 28 and 29, 1927, in conjunction with the Pacific Coast Branch of the Paleontological Society of America and the Branner Geological Club.

The meeting was called to order at 2.30 p. m., on January 28, by the Chairman, William J. Miller, and during the afternoon and the succeeding forenoon and afternoon the following papers were presented:
