Abstract
The twenty-fourth annual meeting of the Cordilleran Section of the Geological Society of America was held at Bacon Hall, University of California, Berkeley, on Friday and Saturday, February 20 and 21, 1925.
At a brief business meeting, held early in the afternoon of February 21, a Nominating Committee appointed by the Chairman, W. D. Smith, proposed the following officers for the year 1926 :
Chairman, Eliot Blackwelder
Secretary, John P. Buwalda
Councilor, William J. Miller
The nominees were subsequently elected in a mail ballot conducted by the Secretary.
The first session of the meetings was called to order at 2 p. m., on February 20, by Chairman W. D. Smith.
