The second annual meeting of the Society of Economic Geologists was held at Ann Arbor, Michigan, December 28–30, 1922, simultaneously with the meetings of the Geological Society of America.
The session of Friday was called to order by President Waldemar Lindgren.
The election of officers for 1923 was declared to have resulted as follows:
