President David White called the Society to order at 10 o’clock at the opening session, Monday morning, December 30, 1912, in Lampson Hall of Yale University. Following some introductory remarks the President called for the first matter of business on the program, the report of the Council, which was read by the Secretary.
To the Paleontological Society in Fourth Annual Meeting assembled:
The regular meeting of the Council was held at Washington, D. C., immediately following the adjournment of the Society, on December 30, 1911. Since this meeting all business of the Society has been arranged as heretofore, by correspondence.
