Abstract

A value, based on costs and risks associated with geologic factors, can be established for tracts of land. When displayed on a map, these factors will be expressed in terms of economic value. The map is a “high-low” land-value map that identifies land having high costs and risks as low-value land and land having low costs and risks as high-value land.
