Abstract
Uvigerina danvillensis Howe and Wallace and Hantkenina trinididecrsis Bronnimann are described and illustrated from Late Eocene succession of Cambay basin. The presence of these two species at two levels indicates possible incursions of moderately deep marine conditions in an inner shelf set-up.
