Cretaceous planktonic foraminfera, Hedbergella holmdelensis Olsson and Guembelitria cretacea Cushman were the only other survivors. These Scanning Electron Micrographs were published in the Atlas of Paleocene Planktonic Foraminifera (1999), edited by Richard Olsson and others.
