of Afairiguana avius n. sp. pushes back the minimum divergence time for the basal polychrotid split. Note too that all illustrated nodes have Bremer supports (decay indices) of only 1. The low statistical support for iguanian nodes is a problem common to both morphological and molecular analyses (see text)
