Upper Miocene Ostracoda from the Tubara Formation (northern Colombia)
Micropaleontology (1966) 12 (3): 360-364

Twenty-seven species of ostracodes are listed from the Tubara formation, south of the village of Tubara, near Barranquilla, Colombia. Twenty-one of the species have been described before from the Caribbean Miocene. Two new species are described, Cytherelloidea impages and Isocythereis? redmondi. The distribution of ostracodes suggests correlation with the upper Miocene of Trinidad and northeastern Venezuela.
