Abstract
A simplified biquinoline method was used to determine the readily extractable copper content in a suite of drill-core samples from an area of known economic mineralization [Granduc, British Columbia]. The method gave reproducible results and the data indicate that copper in the samples is not directly related to the magnetite content, but is associated with a specific rock type.
