Abstract
A post-ore dolerite intrusion into the lead-zinc deposit provides opportunity to study thermal metamorphism of sulfides. Pyrite is altered to pyrrhotite and locally to magnetite. Sphalerite is peripherally enriched in iron and exsolution blebs of chalcopyrite. Mobilized sulfides fill cracks in the intrusive itself.
