The origin of the amphibole-schist series of Pahang, Malaya
Geological Magazine (1947) 84 (4): 241-249

Abstract

The petrology and petrogenesis are discussed, and analyses of four rocks of the series are tabulated. Inconclusive evidence is offered suggesting parental rocks of Permo-Carboniferous sediments or pyroclastics, or possibly other rocks. The metamorphism which they underwent is believed to be of Cenomanian (Cretaceous) age.
