Abstract
The dehydration behaviour of analcite formed by ion exchange from leucite (X-type analcite, or secondary analcite) is contrasted with the behaviour of an analcite formed by hydrothermal recrystallization from structurally dissimilar materials (hydrothermal analcite, or H-type analcite).
