In the recent publication by Zeng et al. (2020), the authors developed an analytic model to predict resonances of the nonwetting droplets in constricted capillary tubes. The authors demonstrated that resonances of the oil droplet are possible at seismic frequencies. This contradicts the previous study by Broadhead (2010), who shows that resonances of the oil droplets are not possible at frequencies below 300 Hz inside the pore. Zeng et al. (2020) refer to the previous publication of Broadhead (2010) describing exactly the same physical problem, but the authors do not explain why their model predicts completely different results....
