Notes that the specimen of Welsh linnaeite mentioned by des Cloizeaux in 1880 is in the Terrill collection at the National Museum in Cardiff, but that precise information on horizon and locality is lacking. All the minerals occurring in the Prago mine near Kladno, Bohemia, have also been identified in Wales with the exception of whewellite, and it is thought this may be of very recent originin abandoned workings.
