High-Resolution Approaches in Stratigraphic Paleontology is a collection of essays on aspects of biostratigraphy including elements of litho-, sequence and event stratigraphy. With one New Zealand exception, all the authors are based in the USA. Of the thirteen chapters presented, seven are based largely on studies of the Cretaceous faunas of the Western Interior Seaway, reflecting the major contribution that this region has made to stratigraphic studies.
