The Thirteenth International Symposium on Experimental Mineralogy, Petrology and Geochemistry was held in Toulouse, France, from April 11th–14th, 2010, organized by Jannick Ingrin and Frédéric Béjina from the Laboratoire Mécanismes et Transferts en Géologie of Paul Sabatier University. Over 200 abstracts were submitted and presented over three days of two parallel oral sessions, and two poster sessions. The meeting was attended by 165 scientists from 12 different countries with more than 30% of the presentations being given by graduate students.
