On the cover: Interpretation of seismic profile 99-38 in Carlin-style gold deposits in southwestern Guizhou, China using the two-way time -velocity model of four reflection horizons in the Nanpanjiang basin. The QLF penetrates into the second member of the Middle Triassic Xuman Formation, without cutting through the third member, suggesting that the structural inversion happened in the time between the deposition of the second member and the third member of Xuman Formation. The geology and ore deposits of this region are described in the paper by Yuzhao Hu et al. in this issue.
