Recipients are selected by a committee appointed by the Cushman Foundation Board of Directors and awards are made only to qualified applicants. Awardees are expected to acknowledge the Foundation in their presentations or publications supported by Foundation funding. Applicants must hold membership in the Cushman Foundation. Application materials, with the exception of supporting letters, should be sent to the Cushman Foundation by email, with all components included as a single pdf attachment.
