Pierre-Andre Bourque

Pierre-André Bourque was born in Shawinigan, Quebec, and was raised in Sorel. He received his B.Sc., M. Sc. and, in 1973, his Ph.D., all from Université de Montréal. Following a brief stint as a geologist with the provincial Ministère de Richesses Naturelles, Pierre-André Bourque joined the faculty of Université Laval, Quebec, in 1974. Pierre-André recently retired and is now professor emeritus.
