Colin L. Wooldridge

The 2003 recipient of the award for the M.Sc. thesis that made the most outstanding contribution to Canadian sedimentary and petroleum geology is Colin L. Wooldridge. His thesis entitled “Channel bar radar architecture and evolution in the wandering gravel-bed Fraser and Squamish Rivers, British Columbia, Canada”, was supervised by Dr. E. J. (Ted) Hickin, Professor in the Department of Geography and Department of Earth Sciences at Simon Fraser University.
