Abstract

Restudy of analyses of silver antimony minerals shows that analyses fall into three groups which correspond with the limits of three solid solution fields in a synthetic mixture. Material from the Cobalt district, Ontario, has the composition of epsilon solid solution field. Properties in reflected light and X-ray powder data are given for antimonial silver, epsilon phase, and for dycrasite.
