In Table 3, the diffusivities of ions were originally calculated using the units of cm2s−1, as these were the units for early studies of ionic diffusion in melts. Most of the values were changed to the units of m2s−1, as is the standard today, except for one value associated with the diffusion of fluorine. Consequently, the average and standard deviation for D[F] as published are incorrect. The correct values in m2s−1 are provided here in a revised Table 3.
