Geoscience Press does not normally indulge in books whose owners have difficulty in deciding between bookshelf and coffee table. This, however, is one of that genre. Its large size (30.3 × 24.5 cm), and gorgeous color photographs lean toward the coffee table, whereas its technical content, though not beyond the capabilities of the ordinary reader, might incline one to the bookshelf.
