Abstract

The Granite Mountain area (Fig. 1) is located to the south of Little Rock, Arkansas, just south of the interchange between U.S. 65/167 and 1-30/630. The exposures at Magnet Cove are located along or near Arkansas 51 west of 1-30, about 40 miles southwest of Little Rock.
